As you get older, there are a lot of things you have to take care of that you don’t actually think about doing. You have to take the trash out, buy groceries, even dust your shelves amongst other things. These are all little things you have to do to be a hygienic functioning human, but you don’t actually know when to do these things. It’s the same with washing your sheets. You have to do it, but not everyone knows how often they should wash their sheets. My question to you is how often do you wash your sheets?
My recommendation to you all is to wash your sheets at least every 2 weeks. Every night you sleep in your bed dead skin, bodily fluids, dust mites, crumbs collect night after night. Even if you can’t see them, they’re there. There are some people at my school that don’t wash their sheets for weeks on end, and some who don’t even use sheets at all. Those people aren’t necessarily gross, but they just don’t realize how dirt bedsheets can get. Dirty bed sheets can cause rashes, eczema, and/or folliculitis. I promise you that you don’t want any of this, so WASH YOUR SHEETS.
