Hello Everyone! I hope you are all having a great week. I don’t have much to talk about this week, so I’m just going to give you all a little pep talk.
You are unstoppable. I know sometimes it may feel like life is throwing everything at you, but I promise that you will make it. At some point, things will stop, and you will get through it. Though today may be over, there’s still a tomorrow when you can try again. So, pick yourself up, do a little dance, and make a game plan because life doesn’t stop so you can’t.
As we enter the weekend, and usher in a new week, I wish you all the best of luck.
If you’re ever feeling really stressed or anxious, think back to a time when you weren’t stressed. For example, 2nd semester has been a lot, but whenever I get really stressed, I think back to last summer when all I did was read books. No homework, no pressure, just books. Every waking moment, I got to read. It was pure bliss. That is the one thing keeping me going this semester: Summer.
When was the last time you weren’t stressed or anxious? A moment of pure bliss. Think of that time, and refer to it whenever you need to.
