I love romance. I love movies, so it’s a given that I love romance movies. Watching people fall in love, and watching them realize they’re in love calms me. It’s so heartwarming to see 2 people finally get together. There may have been all these obstacles preventing them from being with each, but they still choose to fight. Eventually, when they do get together, it’s like when you get everything done on your to do list. Satisfying and relieving.
This week I’ve decided to give you all some romance movie recommendations. I’ve watched so many romance movies in the past couple of years, so I know what’s good.
Notting Hill
She’s an American movie star. He’s a British travel bookstore owner. They come from 2 separate worlds, but they’re also each other’s world. Watch Anna and William’s love blossom here on Hulu.
10 Things I Hate About You
2 angsty teenagers that hate the world, and each other. What happens when they begin to hate each other a little less and start to love each other a little more? Click here to watch Kat and Patrick’s romance on Disney Plus.
The Holiday
Cameron Diaz. Kate Winslet. Jack Black. Jude Law. That’s all you need to know. I couldn’t find a streaming service with this movie that didn’t require an additional fee, so I suggest you use your resources if you know what I mean.
Always Be My Maybe
Ali Wong and Randall Park were an absolutely stunning combo for this film. The storyline is perfect. The characters are a little imperfect. You sprinkle in a little Keanu Reeves, and the film is chef’s kiss. Watch Sasha and Marcus’s will they-won’t they here on Netflix.
Thank you for reading this week. Even if you don’t watch all of these movies, I hope you watch at least one of them. Make sure to subscribe to be notified of new posts. Stay Sharp
